The AQUANET is completely maintenance-free and effectively prevents growth of algae and thus ensuring clean water. Existing floating algae die off within a few days, and also very resistant filamentous algae are destroyed after a few weeks.

Also the AQUANET causes the degradation of the biofilm (slimy coating) to the walls.
 

This will effectively prevent pathogens. Because of the short life they then disappear almost complete. Even the dangerous legionella bacteria and cyanobacteria, belonging to the family of bacteria, die off.

The strength and the frequency of the ultrasonic waves are completely harmless for humans as well as for animals and plants.
